As a Candidate Attorney at Messina Inc, you will have various responsibilities, including the following:

• Conducting legal research and analysing case law, legislation and regulations
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, notices, applications and contracts
• Assisting attorneys in court proceedings, including applications and trials
• Engaging with clients, counsel, regulatory bodies and service providers
• Managing case files and ensuring they are up-to-date

• Undergraduate degree and postgraduate LLB
• Excellent academic record
• Strong research, writing and analytical skills
